Kim Congdon is a stand-up comedian, writer, and podcaster based in Austin, Texas, known for her bold, quick-witted comedy and sharp writing. She’s appeared on major platforms including Netflix, MTV, Comedy Central, Impractical Jokers, and The Joe Rogan Experience, and is a fan favorite on the long-running live comedy show Kill Tony.
Behind the scenes, Kim has written for Impractical Jokers and The Roast of Tom Brady, bringing her distinct comedic voice to high-profile productions. On the mic, she co-hosts the hit podcast This Bitch with fellow comedian Sara Weinshenk, and also hosts her solo show, The Kim Congdon Takeover, where she dives into everything from personal stories to pop culture with her signature unfiltered style.
With a growing list of TV credits, podcast appearances, and writing roles, Kim continues to establish herself as a dynamic force in comedy.

Get ready, Lafayette! The Lafayette Comedy Festival is happening August 6-9, 2026. We're bringing together an incredible lineup of top-tier comedians, unforgettable themed shows, and one epic weekend of laughter you won’t want to miss.
Headliners, you can’t miss including TODD BARRY, KIM CONGDON, and SAM JAY!
Theme shows include STONED vs DRUNK vs SOBER, a live recording of the WE'RE DYING DOWN HERE PODCAST, BEST OF THE FEST SHOWCASE, CEREAL KILLERS, and closing out the festival will be GLITZ & GIGGLES - A STANDUP COMEDY & BURLESQUE BRUNCH AFFAIR.
The festival’s main stage will be at Club 337, located inside the DoubleTree Hotel — the perfect space to catch a packed weekend of shows and named the "best club in the south" by comedian Mark Normand, Sam Tallent, and others. We are also exited to announce that the Sunday Brunch Show will take place at Artmosphere.
Weekend Passes gets you entry to EVERY show, including the big shows with TODD BARRY, KIM KONGDON, and SAM JAY. Wanna add some VIP treatment? Weekend VIP passes get you into every show AND reserved seating in the first 3 rows at Club 337!
Day passes are also available, as are individual show passes.

Thursday Day Pass: $40 VIP; $35 GA (a savings of $5/$10)
Friday Day Pass: $40 VIP; $35 GA (a savings of $5/$10
Saturday Day Pass: $50 VIP; $45 GA (a savings of $35/$20)
Sunday: $10 GA only, or $30 Brunch Combo - Includes bottomless mimosas and a biscuit sandwich
