Lafayette Comedy produces & promotes stand-up comedy shows around the Acadiana area, featuring nationally touring comedians, local showcases, and more.

While the area does not have a stand-alone comedy club, we currently host shows at the following venues:
- Club 337 - Located inside the Doubletree Hotel in Lafayette, Club 337 has been described by Mark Normand as "the best comedy room in Louisiana!" The stage is large, the audience wraps around the sides, and the room is dark with low ceilings. With the ability to seat 300 people with chairs, or scale it down to 100 with tables and chairs, Club 337 is where we put our biggest national comedians. The venue offers two full bars in addition to food options. No drink minimum.
- Acadiana Center for the Arts - Located in downtown Lafayette, the ACA is a community-supported nonprofit organization that fosters art and culture in Acadiana. The main performance theater seats 300 people on various labels (floor, balconies) with state of the art sound and lights.
- Manship Theater - Located in downtown Baton Rouge, Lafayette Comedy began co-producing shows in both the main theater and the black-box room. With state of the art sound and lighting, The Manship provides a much needed stand-up comedy outlet in Baton Rouge.
- Rally Cap Brewing Company - Located in Baton Rouge, Rally Cap Brewing and Lafayette Comedy present a monthly standup comedy series with beer and food options.
- Legends Pub - Located off of Kaliste Saloom Rd. in Lafayette, Legends Pub is home to our weekly open-mic taking place every Thursday.
